Why it's graded Lacks transparency
- Not met: Meets 2 of 6 Good requirements.
- Holds the grade back: It doesn't show that workers are paid a living wage, and isn't certified as working towards one. On Track needs at least one of these.
- It isn't Harm on record: the most serious problem on its record (unpaid or underpaid wages, last recorded in 2023) has been put right.
- Lacks transparency is still a poor grade: in supply chains like this, workers who can't be seen to be treated fairly are usually underpaid or unprotected.

- Met: No child or forced labour findings or links
- Not met: Names the factories or farms that make its products, or is fully certified by a scheme that holds and audits that list

What we found
- Uses cotton in only a few products, so the raw-material check doesn't hold it back for Good. It doesn't show where its cotton comes from. The "Open supply chain" star needs all of it traced, certified or upcycled.
- Modern slavery statement
- Signed the International Accord on garment factory safety
Research notes Beyond Yoga said in 2022 that most of its production is in the United States, but it names no factories or shares; in 2024 US regulators found Los Angeles sewing contractors making its clothes had failed to pay overtime, and Beyond Yoga paid the workers back wages and damages. Levi Strauss & Co.'s published factory list and sustainability data do not cover Beyond Yoga. Its fabrics are mostly synthetic or Tencel lyocell, about 90% bluesign certified, Tencel or recycled. Like its parent, it has no time-bound living wage commitment.
