Evidence
What we found
- Uses cotton in only a few products, so the raw-material check doesn't hold it back for Good. It doesn't show where its cotton comes from. The "Open supply chain" star needs all of it traced, certified or upcycled.
- Uses recycled metals or fibres
- "Made in Taiwan" only means the last major stage happened there: under customs and consumer law, yarn, fabric, dyeing and, for shoes, uppers can be made elsewhere. It hasn't shown where those earlier stages happen, so where it's made counts towards On Track but not Good. Source
Research notes Nimble says most final production takes place in Taiwan, with its fabrics knitted at an unnamed Taiwanese mill within about 80km, but it publishes no supplier list. All its fabrics are OEKO-TEX or bluesign certified, which covers chemicals rather than working conditions, and it says it excludes Xinjiang and visits its suppliers. Its supplier code of conduct is still being drafted, third-party ethical audits of main factories are only a 2029 target, and it makes no living wage commitment. Its range is mostly synthetic, with core fabrics made from recycled plastic. It is not rated in the Ethical Fashion Report.
